Haley E. Medley

Haley E. Medley joined the Ingrum Law Firm, PLLC in 2023 after previously joining Phillips & Ingrum as an Attorney in 2016 after working in the Juvenile Court system and private practice for six years.

Haley's primary practice area is family law, including divorce, legal separation, custody, child support, alimony, abuse and neglect, parental relocation, interstate custody disputes, adoption, grandparent visitation, and contempt. In addition to representing clients in litigation, Haley is a Rule 31 Listed Family Mediator with the Administrative Office of the Courts, and enjoys assisting litigants in finding resolution to their disputes outside of the courtroom. In addition to family law and mediation, Haley assists clients with basic estate planning documents, and negotiates entertainment contracts, including those involving minors.

Following in her grandmother's footsteps, Haley graduated in 2007 from the Brenau University Women's College in Gainesville, Georgia with a B.B.A. in Accounting. She went on to graduate from the University of South Carolina School of Law with her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in 2010, and was admitted to the bar in Tennessee later that year.

While in college, Haley served as Class President, President of Students in Free Enterprise, and various roles in her sorority, Delta Delta Delta. She was a Brenau Scholar, as well as a recipient of the Ada Little Business Scholarship. While in law school, she served as a Student Bar Association representative. Her professional memberships include the Tennessee Bar Association, the Sumner County Bar Association, and Business Networking International, The Go Givers Chapter.

Haley spends her free time doing home improvement projects, cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers (when they aren't playing the Gamecocks), fishing, and crafting. Haley has two children, a son named Jackson, and a daughter named Maddie Ann.
